The baseline platform schedules above come from their linked official pages. Your expected orders, acquisition cost, refund rate, delivery costs and profit goal are assumptions. We do not claim to verify them. Customized fees replace the selected platform’s preset and are labeled as custom.
How updates are handled
The calculator uses a stored fee schedule, not live account data. An update is applied only after the official sources pass verification; changes must match a second retrieval. If a source is unavailable, ambiguous or changes its pricing structure, we retain the previous schedule for review. Saved plans recalculate using the current schedule. Follow the official links before choosing a platform.
Countries, taxes and refunds
All modeled amounts are USD. Stripe and Payhip card-processing defaults refer to US accounts. Published international supplements can be enabled, but FX, tax-inclusive fee bases, payout charges and other extras are not automatically inferred. Refund fee retention is a separate user assumption; actual policies differ by provider and account connection.
Lemon Squeezy’s base fee is confirmed on its pricing page ; its additional charges are described in the linked documentation. Gumroad’s help page describes separate processing and volume discounts that a headline percentage does not fully explain.
