KEEP THE NUMBERS HONEST
Questions or a calculation correction?
A useful report includes the assumptions, the result you expected and the source you checked.

What to include in a correction
- The selected platform and whether you customized its fees.
- A non-sensitive example of price, order count and costs.
- The result you expected and how you calculated it.
- An official source link if you believe a preset fee changed.
You can use Export CSV to make a local copy of the inputs and modeled results. Review the file before sharing it. Never include passwords, payment-account details or customer identities.
Before reporting
Check the calculation method and fee sources. The most common differences are separate card-processing fees, fee retention on refunds, and one-time costs allocated across a recovery period.
